KPLS is a 50,000 watt station broadcasting throughout the expansive and much sought after "LA Market".  KPLS coverage includes the Counties of  Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside.    Geographically speaking, the greater populated areas of Southern California, and including the vast ocean, desert and mountain recreation areas.  Evening broadcasts are 20,000 watts.
